A couple of years back, back, Nokia made waves when it announced , a French start-up that specializes in the production of laptop computers to be launched . It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about the laptops, and it looks like Nokia has altogether ended this collaboration.

As reported , Nokia’s venture into laptop licensing has come to an end following OFF Global’s closure. OFF Global’s website and LinkedIn page now indicate the company has ceased operations. It seems that despite the Nokia branding, the laptops struggled to gain significant traction especially in a competitive market dominated by veteran brands such as Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, and more.

While not as massive as the , it appears that Nokia isn’t too keen on revisiting the laptop market anytime soon, at least for the time being.
