There are lot of marketing strategies which can justify your marketing efforts, starting from Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Guest Blogging , Web Push Notifications and some really smooth SEO moves.

In case you are looking for a real life scenario, we have developed some pretty good strategies for our business as well. You can also use these following strategies for your business:

      1. Social Media Marketing

We all have a certain amount of time dedicated for our social media accounts and that’s how we keep scrolling down our feeds looking at featured and personal posts on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Similarly your users are active on social media as well and it’s important for your brand to build awareness among your audience. Here are some ways in which you can keep up-to-date with your social media account.

      • Update Profile/Page: Make sure you have an updated page/profile. No body wants to know your outdated information. Update your profile image and wallpaper and use professional graphics. A pix-elated image gives out a bad impression of the brand.
      • Start with 2 Posts in a day: It would be easier if you start with smaller numbers and posts engaging content. Schedule 2 posts in a day, be it articles, images, quotes or infographic related to your niche and keep your audience engaging. Tag the authors and people mentioned in your posts.
      • Hashtags: Generally people don’t take hashtags seriously and that’s where you should be taking advantage of these hashtags to keep your posts visible to your target audience. Pick the keywords of your niche, for example you can see below how we have used #Marketing #DigitalMarketing #Conversion #UX and #CRO in the article.
      • Social Media Audit: By weekly perform an audit of your social media activities. How much time have you invested, how much engagement you have scored, what are your pain points and where you can make things better.

      2. Email Marketing

This form of marketing involves using email as a means of corporate communication. It’s popular because it’s a cost-effective and quick way for you to reach a large audience. Here are some basic steps to you can follow:

      • Export your user base data from CRM: Make sure you are keeping a track of your user’s data. You can make a categorised list of all your data into your potential mailing list for sending out targeted emails.
      • Personalized emails: Think about it. How many emails in your inbox are from the same company, broadcasting a new promotion, sale, or update? Chances are, you may have been intrigued the first time, following the link to learn more about the offer. After a while, all those emails start to read like a generic “Look at my business!” Without offering any depth of customer understanding non-personalised emails often fail to survive the inbox.
      • Strategic emails: A targeted email marketing campaign allows you to tailor each message to fit the person’s title or role. This way, you can make sure it’s appropriate and as influential as possible.
      • Tracking Your Campaigns: After kicking off a targeted email marketing campaign, it’s important to track its progress. Doing so won’t just help you check whether you’re seeing a direct profit increase. It will also help determine which strategies are leading customers to your site, and which could use some change.

      3. Guest Blogging

Blogging for your business can yield results in different fields. You can score organic backlinks, increase social media followers, build brand image and goodwill. Most importantly potential clients!

      • Have a content plan: By putting in place a content blogging plan you can manage your time as a busy business owner as well as ensuring that managing your social channels becomes a breeze instead of a stress. Otherwise you can use a content calendar, this plan will help you map out your content in advance.
      • Write for us section: Accept guest posts articles for your blog. To make it more visible you can place a call to action on your website (refer image below). Invite experts and authors of your niche to write for you. Mention guidelines and key feature of you website. For example: Alexa, Traffic, Social Media Following and number of till date authors. Show them what’s there for them in writing for you also don’t forget to appreciate their work. This will build relationship between your business and the authors.
      • Promote articles: Posts these guest post article on your social media platforms, forums, you can send an email structured round these articles to your users also don’t forget to send out web push notification. Tag the authors and websites mentioned in the article also don’t forget to use hashtags on social platforms.
      • Outbound Blogging: Write for high standard website of your niche. Include links to your website in those articles.
      • Spend time on the visual: You want your content to be shared as much as possible because that brings more social followers, so pick impactful images that catch the eye and the attention as people scroll rapidly down their news feeds. Branding your images for social media also gives them a stamp of credibility, this isn’t a random person, this is an organization that has worked on the image.

      4. Web Push Notification

Web push notifications are the bomb. They are easy to install & work with while offering high customizability with real time information deliverance. Sure, web push notifications give sales a boost, but they aren’t the easiest to pull off. They are simple, yes, but you need to incorporate them into a well thought strategy to reap the utmost of its growing benefits.

      • Keep Constant constant communication: Web Push Notifications have a direct, unhindered, intermediary less way to communicate to your audience since they only require the subscribed user to merely have the browser they have subscribed through to be open.
      • Compelling CTA/Copy: Web push notifications include very few characters and mandates the use of some truly exceptional copy.
      • Using Thumbnails: The importance of visual communication
      • in your web push strategy is paramount. Unlike text and speech which are dependent on language, pictures present a direct stimulation of our vision and effectively communicate information without relying on an interpretative medium.

Well, technically we see each letter/word as a picture too. Except there’s too many of them to remember, unlike a picture which presents a scenario.

      • Personalised Notifications: Web Push Notifications
      • offer great customizability. They do not have so many elements that you would end up investing a lot – money or time – but have the necessary tweaks assisted by automation, enough to personalize your notifications for each of your subscribers.

Based on the browsing patterns of your subscribers you can customize each notification for each subscriber.

Has Danny been browsing crime novels? Show more of that to him.

      • Re-acquisition/Cart Abandonment: You have to remember that with the internet and its constant distractions, your customers are very likely to forget that they have added items to their checkout. Web push notifications once again are your saviours. Not as disguised as the average superhero and much more transparent. Deliver notifications to people who idle off and leave items in their checkout. They might need your product but might forget about them with the torrential flow of information over the internet.

You can use the above mentioned strategies to market your product.
