Because of the proteins, I was a vegetarian for 5 years and it helped me a lot to change my lifestyle and health, I went through a disease where I could not synthesize proteins, they became toxins for my body, I went into catabolism and anemia.
I was slowly recovering until my body began to synthesize proteins again and to my vegetarian diet I began to add coffee with skim milk, the best delicacy for my days, then I was able to incorporate eggs, it cost me to assimilate the taste of the egg, I felt very disgusted, I was gradually adding it to my meals, I ate half an egg every 3 days for about 6 months. Until I could start eating them normally, I liked the taste and ate 2 eggs every other day.
After 4 years of being a vegetarian I added fish to my diet and I did find it a delight. I was still a vegetarian and when I started this vegan, vegetarian path, it was by force majeure, today I have been about 8 months since incorporating chicken and about 5 months that I am eating beef. Two years ago I went to the gym and started with cardio and I have been doing weights for a year, to this date I already have muscular training and little by little I am eliminating the catabolism or rebel fat that was deposited in the lost muscle areas.
Going back to the question, I went back to eating meat again to rebuild my body with muscle mass and why can I.
The vegetarian path is a life-changing concept, I recommend it 100% to all people who have not been, why do you start to heal from all the common ailments, headache, back pain, knees, you feel more light and you start to experience incredible energy. You study food a lot and every day you become an expert in nutrition, since if you lack nutrients you can become weak and sick, you are more aware of having your vitamins, vegetable proteins, quality carbohydrates and you train in the kitchen.
Perhaps when you trade catabolic fat for muscle, you have intermittent times of a vegetarian life and a carnivore life. I mean periods of one year and one year. While it is true that red meat is an excellent source of protein, if you consume it regularly it accelerates aging and the entire digestive system slows down. That is why you have to consume red meat with caution. Happy to have been a vegetarian, will be doing it again in the near future and also happy to be able to eat meat again.
