Microsoft has just released a second Windows 11 23H2 build for Insiders on the Beta Channel this week. The 23H2 build 22635.5090 dropped on Monday alongside the 24H2 build 26120.3576, and the latter was an optional update for Beta testers who want to upgrade to the latest version of Windows 11. For those who prefer to stay on the 23H2 bandwagon, however, the preview build 22635.5097 is now available with minor changes.
File Explorer is getting some accessibility improvements in this build as Microsoft expanded support for text scaling across different warning and error message dialogs. Text scaling can be modified for most text appearing on Windows 11 by going to Settings > Accessibility > Text size.

Today’s Beta build 22635.5097 also fixes an issue causing the date for files and folders in Home to be unexpectedly blank. The app should also launch more reliably.
Other notable bug fixes in this build include a fix for an issue causing Windows Sandbox to fail to launch in recent Beta builds. The company also addressed another issue where voice typing wouldn’t start from the touch keyboard when using the Chinese (Simplified) narrow layout.
All these changes will roll out first to Beta testers who have turned on the Windows Update toggle to get the latest updates as soon as they’re available.
