Throughout the stunningly beautiful and historically detailed world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, many characters and quest-givers await you just off the beaten path.
One of the most brilliant ways the game encourages you to seek out these characters is through natural dialogue interactions that involve a bit of mystery and rely entirely on your willingness to lend a hand to a stranger.
Should you seek out these interactions, the side quest titled Victimised can be started after completing a previous quest and speaking with Margaret in Pschitoky.

Walking can get old pretty quickly. Here’s how to find all the fast travel spots in Kuttenberg.
This guide will serve you step-by-step in your quest to complete Victimised in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Starting The Quest
This quest will have you setting up a carefully laid-out plan, teaming up with a character who will either charm the pants off of Henry or expose herself as a liar in the mixed dealings with a supposed maniacal merchant. With many different options for you to approach this quest and a host of questionable criminal interactions, the side quest Victimised will surely test your valour and wit.
To begin this quest, you must first have completed Main Quest 18: Taking French Leave along with the task Damsel in Distress before being able to speak with the character Margaret. After these quests have been completed, you will have to wait several days within the game for the side quest Victimised to trigger.
You will know that the quest is available to you when a quest marker appears over at the inn south of the settlement of Pschitoky.
Once the quest is available, the girl from the shed and the previous quest you’ve completed will be found begging for help outside of Pschitoky Inn. Didn’t you already save her previously?
Speaking with her will include a very lengthy conversation about her situation and how she plans to use your help should you offer it. Despite her past thievery, Margaret has actually been robbed herself, and her close friend is in dire need of some Groschen as well.
You have the option when conversing with her to pay her 1000 Groschen, however, I recommend holding off on this because it skips our quest with her entirely.
Turns out that Margaret already has a plan for how to get the money and exact some revenge on a specific merchant who wronged her and her friend. Margaret’s plan for you to assist in robbing a wealthy man in Kuttenberg requires a few things you must gather:
- A Lullaby sleeping potion
- A dress for Margaret
- Some fancy clothes (high in charisma) for yourself
Lullaby Sleeping Potion
Starting with the Lullaby potion, this can be bought from any Apothecary such as the one found in Pschitoky, or you can make it up yourself if you enjoy foraging and alchemy.
You can also sometimes find Lullaby potions on enemies or in chests.
In the case that you’d like to make the potion yourself, here is what you will need:
- Poppy x1
- Herb Paris x1
- Thistle x1
With a base of oil, you can brew up the lullaby potion through these steps:
- Add the Poppy and boil for 1 turn.
- Add the Thistle and boil for 1 turn.
- Grind the Herb Paris and add it to the cauldron.
- Pour and finish.
A Dress for Margaret
The clothing article you’re looking for is the Noblewoman’s Cothardie, which can be purchased from either the tailor in Kuttenberg or the merchant trader in Miskowitz.
Depending on the wares available, you may be presented with multiple versions of the Noblewoman’s Cothardie. Still, the only notable difference between these articles of clothing for this quest is the color of the dress you’ve chosen for Margaret. Whichever you decide to purchase, Margaret will wear the dress for the remainder of this side quest.
Last but not least, you must attend to your own attire and wear something suitable for meeting with the merchant tailor.

Your Clothes
The clothes you need can also be purchased from the tailor in Kuttenberg. Take a look at any of the clothing with high charisma points or “Noble” in its name, such as the Burgher coat and Noble’s hood. You can return to Margaret at any time wearing your clothes of choice in front of her to see what she thinks of them.
It’s not clear if there is a specific charisma stat you’re meant to achieve in your outfit for this, but the general rule of making sure your fancy clothing set of choice doesn’t have any blood or dirt caked on it is a sure way of proceeding. If you see either the blood or dirt icons on your clothing within your inventory, be sure to wash up using soap at the nearest laundry spot.
If Margaret is pleased with how you look, she’ll tell you to meet her in Kuttenberg at night. You will find her quest marker in Kuttenberg, and if you approach her, the time will skip forward to nightfall.
The Tailor Merchant Latsek
With your fancy clothes on and Margaret ready to go, you’ll need to head straight into the Hangman’s Haltern tavern and make your way to the back where the merchant Latsek awaits you. Your goal is to speak with him and pass a couple of speech checks in order to have him get up and use the toilet, leaving his cup on the table open for poisoning.
Wait for Latsek to be out of your view completely, and then interact with his cup in front of you to pour in the Lullaby Potion.
You will have to wait for him to return to the table and speak with him in order for him to drink from his cup. It will take only a few moments for the sleeping potion to take effect.
Latsek will then get up from the table again and begin walking outside. Follow after him, and he should pass out just outside the front of the tavern. You can then pick him up off the ground and take him to where you met with Margaret before.
To my surprise, no one in town minds that you are hauling an unconscious man over your shoulder at this time – But make sure to keep your torch out or the guards could yell at you. So long as you’re not sneaking around, nobody should have a problem with you.
If you haven’t explored this area of the city before, when you get to the location with Margaret you’ll need to set down the body and lockpick the door to the hayloft. Once you’ve made it inside, set the unconscious body of Latsek on the ground.
Completing the Quest
Speak with Margaret to confirm that the plan is a success, and she’ll ask you to leave the rest to her. Take a rest where you can, and you will wake up automatically in just a few hours. Return to the hayloft and find that she wasn’t able to handle Latsek – you both need to confront him without any time to waste.
After following Margaret and finding Latsek, you will both confront him in a dialogue sequence. If you let Margaret do the talking and refrain from interjecting, she will succeed in extorting him.

A historically accurate RPG with dragons? Surely not?
Finally, speaking with Margaret after the confrontation will allow you to collect your reward. What you earn from all this depends on how you react to Margaret:
- If you decide to kiss Margaret, she will steal 20% of the Groschen you have on you.
- If you turn down the kiss, you will be able to choose how much Groschen you receive.
Choosing either of these options will complete this quest. However, if you had spoken out already about your suspicions of Margaret in front of Latsek previously, this quest could have ended very differently.
If you interjected while she and Latsek were conversing before by picking any dialogue options other than “Don’t look at me for help!”, the truth reveals itself that all the things Margaret has told you about Latsek were a lie.
There is a timed option to stop Margaret from leaving or to let her go. Depending on how you really feel about her and the suspicious way she has been acting, you have the option of telling her that you’re going to take her to the gallows or kill her right where she stands. She thwarts you in both options and the dialogue from here expands with multiple skill checks that reveal further information about how she has lied to you.
As it turns out, she does these types of aggressive scams for a living. There are two skill checks through this interaction, where you can threaten Margaret into returning the money to the merchant or give it to you through intimidation. If you manage to succeed in either of these checks, she’ll leave the money behind to either you or Letsek and proceed to run away.
And with that, the side quest Victimised has been completed, and you are awarded up to 250+ Groschen for your efforts in navigating the suspicious dealings and foiled plans of Margaret.
